 Rating:  - If you want to keep them quiet in the car then this is it!Although this is probably not to an adults taste, especially when listened to a number of times, what I find best about it is the way it has kept my daughter quiet in the car since she was about 20 months old. Now she does all the actions and participates in the story telling - quite enthralled by it all. It even worked during a 4 hour traffic jam on the M6 - going through it time after time. OK so we were getting a little! fed up with it after this time, but it was infinitely preferable to her screaming and crying for the duration. I'm so impressed with their effectiveness in the car that I'm about to buy the rest of the Tweenies audio tapes on offer - at least I'll be able to learn a different story to Larry Long Legs!! Rating:  - Doesn't stand up to frequent listeningWhen my son requests this tape I am tempted to say it is lost because I really do find the voices grating. It is certainly not relaxing listening in the car! There are two stories which are OK but the songs are nothing special. Altogether rather a disappointment. |
