 Rating: - Fab stuffCan Low do no wrong? I don't think so, and this short EP is more of their wonderful, melancholic, restful music. A must for any fan. Rating: - Wonderful e.p.Tranmission is a lovely e.p. which takes its title from the Joy Division single of the same name- a cover of which opens this collection. Low have done many cover versions- such as those on their popular Christmas-e.p. (Blue Christmas, Silent Night, Little Drummer Boy & covers of Neil Young (Down By the River), Pink Floyd (Fearless), The Beatles (Long Long Long), Dylan (Blowin'in the Wind), The Bee Gees (I Started a Joke), Spacemen 3 (Lord, Can You Hear Me?)& The Smiths (the 2001 single Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me). Staying in Manchester, their cover of Transmission stems from the Means to an End-compilation and is made their own.
