 Rating: - PSYCH!! and not the PJ and Duncan type either...1967 album fro mthe American Kaleidoscope (not to be confused with the UK band of the same name) an album full of invention, mutli-instrumentalists Dave Perry Lindley and Dave Soloman Feldthouse,Fernus Epp (what a name!!) and Chris Llyod Darrow (Yes Four multi instrumentalists in one band) give this Psych classic a real varied texture and the music is a hybrid of straight up Psych, R 'n' B Folk and country influences and some eastern promise thorwn in for good measure. A little uncoherent as an album but the ultra-short tracks are each little treasures of their own. Great cover too, Black and White Psych (how many times have I said Psych'now? Oh Dear...) |
