 Rating: - The best cd I've bought in ages...This is a very special performance from two giants at the top of their game!From the first bell notes on the first track "Brother John" it becomes obvious that the top London studio players of the time (1967)are present.It's certainly not just a case of Nelson providing backgrounds for Matt as there are no less than 5 stunning instrumental pieces where,as Nelson himself says,he "appreciates the fine musicianship".Matt's voice is beautiful and the performance of "When You Become A Man" is a real highlight. I'd be greatful if anybody could provide a personnel list.It's definitelty Don Lusher playing the introductory trombone solo on "The Shadow Of Your Smile",a jaw dropping drummer on "It's Allright With Me".
