 Rating:  - Something for everyoneThis album has something for all the family. My kids love the first CD with the up to date music on it and CD2 took me back to my youth. The tracks may not be the original artists but they are excellent cover versions. Rating:  - NOT the original artists!Please be careful when choosing to buy this album. The heady heights of 3 number 1 hits "Swing The Mood" "That's What I Like" and the christmas medley "Let's Party" in 1989 ensued that the follow ups could only begin to chart lower and lower. The fascination with these releases at the time, my guess would be, was that they all featured the original artists. Whether or not the concept would work nowadays, as a singles release artist/bunny ?? i'm not so sure. However the idea of a 3CD mash-up album promising a good summer party is a pretty enticing one. On first look it reads through as a decent mix of recent(ish) hits sampled with bits and bobs that most people would recognise. All well and good providing ... Read More: Rating: - Party Must-Have!I bought this album for my BBQ and although the sun didn't shine the party still went with a bang. I put disc 1 of the CD on and although my friends and I didn't know some of the songs the younger party guests certainly appreciated it! Luckily we still had discs 2 and 3 :) Being a fan of the Bunny from the early days I knew that this album would not disappoint. Brilliant as you would expect!!! Rating:  - Good Party MusicI bought this album ahead of a house party we had recently, and it worked perfectly as entertainment for the night! The mixed tracks meant that there was a constant flow of music, and it was a good combination of party tunes from all eras to suit everyone's taste. I'd recommend it to anyone who is doing the same kind of thing. Rating: - A Great Party AlbumI have had a few Jive Bunny albums over the years and this one rates near the top. Fantastic mixing (as you would expect)and there are 3 discs which make it fantastic value for money. Great party album, glad I bought it. |
