On this disc the musical marriage of newly weds Wreckless Eric and Amy Rigby has combined Amy's razor wit & songcraft with Eric's unique soundscapes in fine style. Highlights include the Bowie/Mott referencing "Another Drive in Saturday" and the heartfelt protest song "Men in Sandals". If you can imagine Ray Davies teaming up with Burt Bacarach and hiring Joe Meek to produce then you're most of the way there! |
