. Desperadoby: Eagles Release Date February 23, 1987 In terms of consistency I would say this is the best Eagles album. All the songs are great and the whole album can be listened to without having to forward past the odd filler - which IMHO can't be said for any other Eagles album. My second favourite album would probably be One Of These Nights. Sure Hotel California is a great album (Hotel is one my all time favourite songs) but Desperado and One Of These Nights for me these definately have the edge overall. I'm also in total agreement with one of the other reviewers - the Doolin Dalton reprise at the end is magic! |
