I was looking forward to hearing The Tiger Lillies song 'Hell', but the soundtrack only includes the score from Craig Armstrong. However, even without the songs, this soundtrack is incredible. The mix of opera, classical and dance in one piece of music is expertly done. The best tracks include 'Ball' which mixes classical with a funky modern dance beat, 'Business parts 1-3' sounds fun and sexy, but the real gems are the tremendous 'Hanging' and 'Escape' which makes the entire album. |
