As if his vast collection of films isn't enough for Sellers fans to gorge on, this workaholic performer left us a fair bit in radio work as well. While his Goons stuff is of course great, I have always preferred him as an artist on his own standing, and here in this memorable collection of radio sketches without the Goons is proof of his timeless comic genius. Many of these sketches are certifiable classics, such as the two Beatles covers played in character - one from that in a recent film of his, 'Dr. Strangelove' and one taking off Olivier as Richard III, and both are hilarious.
