Atlantisby: Original Soundtrack Release Date February 06, 2006 I think a lot of people dismissed Atlantis when it came out in the cinema, which is a shame: it's a really fun film with a great cast, story, and most importantly to this review, soundtrack. I think this was the first of James Newton Howard's scores that I really sat down and listened to, and I think it's excellent. If you haven't seen the film, give it a whirl - then pick up the soundtrack, because it has some really lovely cues - from peaceful moments to all out action pieces. Highly recommended. |
