More than fifty in The Cave at the last count. A veritable Imelda Marcos of hats. My favorite hat is a very old hat. It once belonged to a woodcutter. How I came to own it must, to some degree, be left to your imaginations. Suffice to say that its' acquisition involved a totally justified act of revenge on my part for the death of my great-great grandfather, following a complex and regrettable chain of events which has become remembered over time in woodland lore as 'The Red Bonnet Incident'.
