. All My Tomorrowsby: Jr. Grover Washington Release Date February 01, 2008 This may not be the most commercially successful album from Grover Washington JR but it is, in my opinion, the most special. Whether you are a serious jazz fan or just into good late night music, you will enjoy this album. From the first song, 'El Preciso Perdoar' with him on soprano sax you get the sense he is onto something good and throughout the record it will lift your mood without upping the tempo. On a few songs he enlists the services of Freddy Cole (brother to Nat King Cole and himself a great jazz musician)on vocals. The pick of the songs for me is his take on the Steevie Wonder classic Overjiyed. Buy this album, listen to it and feel good. |
