- An Album On the Brink of Britpop's Superiority
This album is for anyone who loved the music which was britpop, not just those whose who were only interested in the squabbling of the 'Big two', but those who enjoyed the music of the lesser bands forgotten, unfairly, by most.
The likes of Menswear, Sleeper, Ash and Echobelly bring depth to an awesome album which brings a great melody of all bands of the time, pure unadulterated britpop!! The first CD has the big names such as Supergrass, Oasis, Blur and Radiohead with some of there best songs of that period. The 2nd CD is a little bit more obscure with bands such as terrorvision and Babylon Zoo, who with their one hit wonders bring some variety to the proceedings.
Altogethor this is a great album to sit back to one evening and just let the music take over, fantastic!!
