The 'Best of' collection of the Who is a CD that no person should be without. The Who were, and still are, the greatest rock 'n roll band the world has ever seen, and their onstage antics are legendary. Pete Townsend has written some of the best music of his generation and, combined with the vocals of Roger Daltry this music is simply astounding. As well as having invented the concept of the rock opera, the Who were influential as far as the whole sixties genre was concerned, especially in Britain, where they supplied the music for the cult TV programme: Ready Steady Go. As far as the music goes, this Cd gives a very varied collection of their songs, including the anthem 'My Generation' and classics such as 'I Can't explain', at the end of the day, any Cd collection without this Cd is not worth it.
Rating: - This album rocks, a must for any fan of The Who!
After seeing the band live at Manchester i had to get this album and was one of the best choices ive made so far this year. The band just screams genuine talent, something that is rarely found now! Just look at the track listing and then try to tell yourself you dont need this album, i bet you cant can you?

This album is fantastic. Some of the sounds that come out of Pete Townsend's guitar are breathe taking. Song like My Generation, Substitute, Anyway, Anywhere, Anyhow just blow me away evey time i listen to the album. The Who one of the greatest bands ever to have played live. Breathe taking this album is utterly breathe taking.
Rating: - The Who? I'll tell you who......
This is one of the greatest compilation albums ever! Every song is played with amazing skill, extreme passion and unlimited energy. I have only one quibble with it - where is "The Kids Are Alright"??? It's a shame they had no room on the cd to put that on. Never mind. It's still top dog! If you haven't heard of The Who - buy this and weep into your hankies at the fact that you didnt discover them sooner!

An excellent representation of one of the most influental bands of the last century. This album is never out of my cd player. From the classic "my generation" to the sublime "baba o`riley" (the american beauty song) all aspects of the Who's history is on this disc. Buy it, buy it now!
