Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Not their best but still great
Disturbed's second album following 'The Sickness' was always going to have to be amazing to beat it. 'Believe' isn't as good as their debut, but still ticks all of the correct boxes. Every song is unique because of David Dremain's amazing vocals, and almost every track has great riffs that you can't help but be impressed by. Tracks:

'Prayer': Wow. An amazing track that really shows how unique and just how damn good Disturbed are. A brilliant riff throughout the whole track, and great lyrics aswell. This song will stay in your head for ages and you will be playing it over and over again. One of my favourite songs ever. Best track on the album. 5/5

'Liberate': Another great song with a very nice riff. From the very start it is obviously Disturbed. A song that most people will like the first time they hear it. 5/5

'Awaken': Another great track with a really good chorus that has to be played loud. Words that you will be singing all day. 5/5

'Believe': Title track that isn't as good as the three before but still a good track. 4/5

'Remember': Apart from 'Prayer' the best track on the album. Another wonderful riff that will stay in your head and a real belter of a chorus. Another song that you will play over and over again. 5/5

'Intoxication': Good song to follow 'Remember' and a very good riff again. Classic Disturbed. 4/5

'Rise': Not a classic Disturbed track and not one that will stay in your head, but when you hear it you don't skip it. 4/5

'Mistress': Some people say the album starts falling away by now and that might be the case on the first couple of listens, but once you really get into the album these songs really take their shape. I didn't think much of this song at first, but it really grows on you and it becomes one of the best on the album. 5/5

'Breathe': Another song that won't stay in your head but will not be skipped. 4/5

'Bound': A grower of a track. Not much on the first few listens but it seems to get better the more it is played. 4/5

'Devour': 'Believe' does slightly fall away on the last two tracks. These two are the only 'meh' tracks on the album and are not really unique. 3/5

'Darkness': Disturbed take a different route hear with the final track, making it much slower than their usual work. For me it doesn't really work and isn't played much, but it is good to see Disturbed trying different things. 3/5

In conclusion, 'Believe' is a great album that any Disturbed fan, new or old, must have. It isn't as good as 'The Sickness' or 'Ten Thousand Fists' but it still has brilliant songs on here. Had it had a few more 5 star tracks it would have been a 5 star album, no doubt about it. I still recommend this album hugely, it will be in your cd player a lot.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - WHAT A GOOD CARRY-ON
Disturbed started off with a kick-ass album-The Sickness.Although they may have lost some of the aggressiveness, they by no means have lost their talent or skill."Believe" starts off with 5 killer songs."Liberate" and "Remember" have gr8 riffs and david's vox are awesome."Awaken" combine these with a more punchy bass. This was actually the last of the 3 albums i brought and it lives up to the Disturbed sound perfectly.Ten Thousand Fists follows the same path as Believe, using less heavy riffs but keeping the true sound of disturbed.one thing that Ten Thousand Fists lacks is a good base as fuzz leaves after Believe. This album is for any disturbed fan and also for any metal fan.Anyone hu has got all three Disturbed albums will realise how well this keeps to its influences and ideas.Truly a great album.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - AWESOME
This album has got to be one of the top three that i have ever herd. from dark lyrics to soft touches this album strings together the essence of metal music. An absolute must have.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Definitely the best ... even outwitting Sickness
Well, I'm not a huge hard core metal fan, but when I heard got both sickness and Believe from my girlfriend and listened to them, I fell totally in love with Believe. Sickness was okay, but this is just classic, dudes. Prayer happens to be my favourite now. And that's a lot coming from a hardcore rap fanatic.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - BELIEVE me its good, but not as good as the sickness
This album is different to The Sickness. It seems that as the aggressiveness of the group has been drained from them in the first album as this album is far more melodic.
This makes for more calming tracks such as Darkness. where there is little rock to be seen.
However, despite this there is still some outstanding tracks on this such as Prayer, Awaken and Believe; which all show similarities of the style of the tracks in The Sickness.
Overall, this album is worth a look, however it may be a bit of a disappointment to fans of The Sickness album, but still is good.
