With Kanye's disjointed beats, poor flow and no lyrical ability; 50 cents 'Curtis' stands miles ahead of Kanye's 'Graduation'. No matter what anyone says, 50's album still provides the greatness that Get Rich Or Die Tryin' did in 2003.
Kanye West and Graduation has only one half decent song on it: Stronger (...and Kanye didn't even invent his own beat). I would rather get hit bus that listen to any of the other songs on the album again.
In my opinion Kanye West should stick to producing and bring us soo much better tracks like 'Encore' by Jay-Z rather than make pathetic attempts at his own solo album.

When i first brought the album and heared it i thought that it was not as good as his last two albums. But after a few listens all the way through the album it begins to grow on u, just like Late Registration did for me.
Favourite tracks: Champion, Good Life, Homecoming, Big Brother

I brought this with 50 cents album and i listened to this after Curtis my first impression was that 50's album was soo much better and that graduation wasnt a very good album but ive now listened to Kanye's album 5 or 6 times and i love it both are soo different but in their way they are both amazing albums.

I got this album yesterday, and so far it doesn't match with his previous albums, but i remember that Late registration is one that grew on me over time. Because this album is so different from any other hip hop album, you have to listen to this a good few times before you really start to enjoy it.
Stand out tracks for me is Big Brother, Stronger, Good Life, but my favourite so far is the track with Coldplay's Chris Martin, Homecoming. I can see this being a hit if he decides to release it. Give this album a chance, i'm sure it'll become a great hip hop album, but you have to give some albums time to sink in, because they are stretching hip hop further than the way we're used to.

A lot of the negative comments below are from obvious 50 Cent fans looking to discredit this album and probably havent even listened to this album. Judge it regardless of Curtis please.... As third albums go, this is evidence of an evolution since College Dropout and is all the better for it. Tracks like 'Good Life' ,Cant Tell Me Nothing, Big Brother, Champion and Stronger stand out as a shining light in the world of hip hop. Excellent production, catchy beats and thoughtful, witty lyrics combine for an amazing piece of music. Graduation may be different from the previous 2 albums but stands out on its own as an example of revolution and no nonsense style. Fantastic
