The Bake Sale [VINYL]by: Cool Kids Release Date August 04, 2008 really cool, wittily written lyrics, heavily influenced by epmd. same sense of fun and distinct lack of macho crap so prevalent in hip hop today. like a step back to guys rapping about actual real everyday stuff like playing streetfighter with your mates instead of posing in niteclubs. its lighthearted but the sound is solid n' kicks throughout. restored my faith in hip hop cos it really had started to suck recently. |
