I don't pretend to understand that one. What it led to mainly was certain records were hits on the strength of a ban. Who then were these dictators of public taste who had the power to censor what people should listen to Seems they were people who applied no logic to what the rules stated-that anything hinting at religion,sex,drugs or advertising should be veloed.
