No matter what anyone says, and no matter what happens, no other musical can beat the one and only "Rocky Horror Picture Show"! Seriously! I know I may be exaggerating, but tied with the Baz Luhrman classic Moulin Rouge!, this is THE greatest musical of all time!
What I like most about "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is the fact that it has its own inventive style. I mean, look at musicals like Mary Poppins and Sound of Music (both good films by the way). While they have people singing nice lovely songs aimed at families, RHPS tells about a "Sweet Transvestite" and his servants whom dance to "The Time Warp". How many musicals use THAT idea? Also, the characters are brilliant, the story is well thought-out and the songs are all-singing, ... Read More:

Channel 5 usually shows these type of films in the run-up to Christmas - OK to watch whilst doing the ironing but don't stay in especially!
The premise is that a local councillor doesnt like Santa for some reason. For me the twist of the story was good even though it wasn't a great film. However I still wanted to know what happened at the end! The whole film takes place in June which meant that it never felt particularly Christmassy....Santa could just as easily have been the Easter bunny!
I bought this as part of an 8 DVD set - please look at my reviews for the others as I watch them.

As with any sequel, the viewers of the original movie may be a tad disappointed because the formula may have changes some. However this movie can stand alone as one of the outstanding zombie movies like "My Boyfriend's Back" (1993).

Our old friends Larry (Andrew McCarthy) and Richard (Jonathan Silverman), accused of being accomplices, found the key and once again are off to the islands. Mean time back at the ranch Bernie is undergoing a voodoo process to track down the deposit box; this process leaves Bernie a dancing fool.

Connect the cliches and you could have written this one yourself.
If it was intended as spoof of a "sweeping family saga", it was brilliant.
I did have fun seeing the members of the cast before they became
famous and in their defense, what could they do with lines like that?
The bright spot was a very young Huge Grant who was totally satisfying
as the sneering and supercillious stepbrother Bruno who collaborates
with Nazis, robs and ruins his venerable family, insults his saintly stepmother
and so much more.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I watched all four hours. 'Till We Meet Again'
actually is entertaining in its own perverse way and besides,
its hard to look away from a train wreck.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a classic, briliantly done & very entertaining.
I was therefore so disappointed with Shock Treatment...felt like turning it off after 20 minutes & wished I had by the end of the film!
This film brought tears to my eyes.
The characters are great to watch. But then most of Danielle Steel films do. The beginning is quite sad but then it warms your heart when things start to work out for Daphne and her son Andrew.
