A classic 80s comedy, and a film very close to my heart. I was at the right age to appreciate it when it was first released, and its been a constant companion ever since. What boy wouldn't want to be Ferris Bueller after watching this?! He takes everything to the extreme, and somehow manages to get away with it.
A brilliantly funny film, with an amzing soundtrack - whats not to like?

I was never a fan of Casper until I watched this movie. It is great fantasy and good acting from everyone including Christina Ricci. A good film for all the family. I also recommend the dvd "Casper meets Wendy".
Release Date May 29, 2006
A brilliant film that stands the test of time. This movie depicts a day in the life of Ferris, who decides to take the day off school by outwitting the adults in his life. This is Matthew Broderick at his best and features Jennifer Grey before Patrick Swayze got his hands on her in "Dirty Dancing".

Frankly speaking, I think that 'Expelled' will turn out to be a film of enormous historic importance, how good or how bad it may be. Never before the hot question of the truth or lie of darwinian evolution has been presented in such a prestigious fashion before.
Although the film is clearly in favour of Intelligent Design, it does not solve the question. It only shows the abuse of power of the academic establishment, that has entrenched itself in an atheistisc position and has need of evolution as a creation myth. Intolerant and snobbish academism clearly has deserved this film, no matter what the real scientific truth is. I was only sorry for Michael Ruse, who I have once spoken myself, and who is a very sensible and civilised man, also towards ID-people. ... Read More:

This is one of the best designs and clearest documentary on how economic reform came about. It is a must see for those that are too young or were too busy to see it happening. It is worth owning this set so one can use repeated reviewing and pick up on the nuances. This documentary far surpasses any written works on theories (there is a companion book available). You get to see all the economists in person or film. For my part the design is not a bunch of detached sound bites but a coherent and supported (informed) display of before and after. Not to distract from this 3 volume set there is a lesser know concept that you may find imbedded in these economic reforms. Read "The Capitalist Manifesto" by Louis O. Kelso, Mortimer Jerome Adler

This is actually really sweet, and although it's a bit old fashioned but the girl is quite pretty, and the boy is really funny. It was really good none the less, and although no more Macauly Caulkin the new guy was quite cute!
