There are not enough words to express how much I truly adore this movie, it's legendary! I could watch this every day and still not get bored, I'm not even going to wait until I have kids to try and justify me buying it.
Release Date June 04, 2007
I didn't have particularly high expectations of this film... but found myself pleasantly surprised. Especially by Hugh Grant's performance as an Andrew Ridgeley-esque 'has-been' 80's pop performer. The pop pastiche elements of this film are really well done - the 80s-styled 'PoP goes my heart' video is a particular gem, but Hugh Grant's 'has-been' character's performances in dismal bookings at high school reunion evenings and local fairs are also well worth watching.
The plot - with Grant's character desperately latching onto his plant waterer (Drew Barrymore) as a lyricist to help him come up with a song to appeal to current hot artist Cora Corman within a very short time frame, and falling in love along the way - is pretty unremarkable ... Read More:

theres no denying that ratatouille looks amazing, especially on blu ray, but i had a great deal of trouble enjoying the film. Nothing exciting actually happens. There were no jokes whatsoever (strange for a kids film) and i didn't really like any of the characters. The main character (the rat) only good aspect was that he was very cute when he didn't talk and that wasn't often and the boy chef just wasn't in any way likeable.
Going by other reviews i am obviously in the minority but i just didn't get it. So only 1 star from me

I've never been a fan of US sitcoms, Friends, Frasier, Seinfeld, Cheers, etc until, that is, I found ELR. Early morning UK TV introduced me to the Barones and after watching a few episodes I was completely hooked. It has caused me to rave to those who will listen and they too have been converted. By far the funniest sitcom to reach our shores from the US. It makes me laugh out loud, something that rarely happens and that alone determines the depth of what it does to me. Every character has a strong yet independant role and the storylines are so close to home it's uncanny. Trust me, watch and behold. I guarantee you'll be readily converted too!
Release Date November 12, 2007
I hated ELR when it first started but it just got funnier & funnier 'til I gave in! The family are all still a horror show with clueless Robert still stuck in the shadow of his brother, Marie bullying anyone daft enough to get in her way, Frank being a pig, Raymond a spoilt but likeable dipstick & Deborah still feeling bewildered & slightly superior. There are some stand out show here,in particular 'Boys therapy' where instead of going to therapy together Frank & the boys go to the racing & gamble and somehow actually bond! The final episode where Ray is ill ends the whole show just as it should, with everyone sitting to a meal at the table & arguing.
The 5th star is lopped off because this series has only 16 episodes but costs ... Read More:

In my opinion, Everybody Loves Raymond (ELR) is the funniest show on TV, Without question. Ray Romano makes the perfect person to play the useless husband and the amazing Patricia Heaton makes the perfect partner for him. They are both hilarious and as are Peter Boyle, Doris Roberts and Brad Garrett who play the annoying parents and jealous brother. "Raymond" makes the parfect companion for the night in and will make you laugh. There is no competition! I would personally recommend all of the series' because they are all hilarious. Non-stop laughs GUARANTEED!!! ENJOY!!!!
Release Date January 16, 2006
Of the early years of Raymond this is really good season. It contains my all time favourite episode: "Cruising With Marie", and we get to see a different side of Frank in "Frank's Tribute". Unfortunatly towards the end of the season there is an obvious lack of Debra as Patricia Heaton was unable to film, it's interesting to see the many ways the producers avoid bringing her up!
Anyway, for the episodes alone this is a good buy, but remember the episodes are constantly screen on Channel 4 and Paramount Comedy so don't rush out to buy something that you're going to see on the TV in a few weeks.
