(Although most of the featurettes are indeed quite short there is at least one substantial documentary, about 'lost cartoons', which is almost an hour long and contains some fasinating stuff including the pilot cartoon for the 'Bosko' series - very dated now in many ways but fascinating - and a complete 'Private Snafu' cartoon).

Some time ago I got the original Golden Collection and it was brilliant. Naturaly, I expected the same from collection 4 but what a dissapointment! OK, as a Looney Tunes historical documentary it may hold water but as a good laugh, forget it. The vast majority of the cartoons are old and frankly boring - indeed, if you like old black and white cartoons this if right up your street.
To be truthfull, I feel missled and, given the stark difference between collection 1 and this set I am now seriously reconsidering splashing out on any of the other collections. I feel loath to part with my hard earned cash if the others are as terrible as this.
