i thought this was going to be another typical teen film, boy i was wrong. its basically about the most popular boy in school gets dumped by his girlfriend, then he makes a bet with his friends that he can make anyone become the homecoming queen.
of course his friends picks the most nerdy, gorky looking girl for the bet the rest is as it usually is, boy makes nerd popular and gorgeous and ends up falling in love with her. i would recommend this film to anyone i loved it buy its a must

I caught this showing on the Disney Channel a while ago and encouraged my 5 year old daughter to watch it rather than those repetitive children's programmes. She was entranced! The cast of different races is so refreshing and is great to see in a Disney movie (I am black carribean myself). Since then, we check when it's due to come on again and sit down to watch it. The cast has some fantastic singers, including Whitney Houston - one of the best. I'm so glad I can now buy the DVD rather than hoping to see it again on TV. A great family film!

I've been waiting for a very, very long time for this superb show to appear on dvd. Never has a tv show so accurately and beautifully captured the essence atmosphere and feeling of comic books and a classic comic book hero. Like most of the truly great genre shows of the nineties this one was just to good to last and was predictably killed off after its first season. An absolute crime of a decision by its parent network!
Beautifully shot with first rate production values and true comic book style writing the flash is a wonderful treat for comic book and non comic book fans alike. However, to be honest, it will probably appeal more strongly to the former. Buy it! You'll love it!

This two disc set is fantastic deal.
Expect all the usual cliches and cheesy lines but at the end of the day they are both excellent at what they aim to do...
they're a typical example of the feel good film that every girl wants every now and again. Sit back, relax and feel the warmth.
