Okay so here is me a huge spidey fan (of the comics) and this film dispite what meny say is NOT as bad as meny claim.

Quite frankly i enjoyed it but it needs that story telling drive it had in two and even flawed one had that as well 3 just missed in it my eyes.
There was too meny storylines and only so much time to play with but you see thats my main thing with the film the villains... well that and emo dance petey but mostly..... Venom.

Ah Venom.

He is and most likely always will be in my eyes the king of comic book bad guys its a shame they used him for min or two and BOOM gone.
The storyline was kinda stupid also but if you can get past the flaws its a good superhero film at least rent it ... Read More:

This has got to be the best priced Blu-Ray title by far for £25 you get all 3 Spider-Man films all on blu-ray, one title alone is around £20/£25 nowadays, my local high street store has the Spider-Man Trilogy and they are selling it for £50?.

First of all I would like to assure all the PS3 owners that Spider-Man 2 does work on a PS3, I was a little nervous in getting the boxset after reading most prople are having problems in playing Spider-Man 2 on there PS3's as someone has mentioned that Sony have fixed the problem, if you haven't updated your PS3 then I recommend you do so.

If you are going to use such poor CGI why not just produce a cartoon? The film itself is pretty run of the mill but the fact that spiderman looks about as realistic as a computer game sprite circa 1983 sends this tumbling down the rubbish shoot. Spidey - you suck son!

I know what you're thinking - this classic film starring Bruce Campbell has been released so many times already (and it has)... but whether you're a long-time fan or newcomer, it's worth getting this movie on Blu-Ray. Essentially, it's the HD-DVD version transferred to the Blu-Ray format, but what a difference HD makes - the quality of the picture is the best I've seen of this film. One thing worth mentioning, as it neglects to tell you under EXTRAS on the box cover: This Blu-Ray edition is the U.S. theatrical cut with the S-Mart ending - but the Director's Cut appears as an "extra" in standard definition. Incidentally, the DVD release (with the same box art and extras information) is the Director's Cut! All in all, worth £14 of anyone's money. Hail to the king baby!

This is a great film! It's really funny & gruesome, with some belting lines. Bruce Campbell is superb and the whole film is a blast!

Finally a decent DVD version of Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness! I was ecstatic originally when the first Director's Cut of the film came out on a 2-disc edition (the second disc being the US Theatrical Cut - I wasn't so bothered about that version). Of coarse, as I'm sure many of you came to realise as I did, that "edition" wasn't so special after all. It just felt like Anchor Bay released someone's bootlegged version (a title the Americans had used) from some cheap VHS cassette. The picture was poor for the extended scenes and even the sound on the final battle was extremely ropey. I fobbed the DVD off rather rapidly afterwards.

Very dynamic production which really swings into the action side of Spiderman. The essence of the comic strip is also well defined, with the sets suitably cramped and very inner city like. Trump card though for me was the stuttering relationship between Parker and his dame, the very edible Miss Dunst. The final flowerng of their love and the revelation of Parker's heavy secret is just superb, and cuts across the electrifying action of the movie, to land a sublime contrast which lifts this picture out of the everyday - this is a masterpiece of the genre. For all the thrills and spills, my favourite scene of the movie - the incredibly arty shot of Spidey and his muse splayed out both lovestruck on one of his webs.
