When Frank Capra directed It's a Wonderful Life a classic was made and whilst Jack Frost may not be anywhere near to this standard a 3rd generation Capra directs a very enjoyable Christmas fare.Michael Keaton and Kelly Preston shine in this warm hearted tale about young boy whose father is too occupied with hitting the big time rock and roll stage rather than spend time with his kid. However this all changes when the film takes a rather unusual twist(if not totally unbelievable). Nevertheless, the storyline has a warm Dickens type feel good factor and an underlying message for ignoring father's.Michael Keaton is polished in his role as the father of Charlie and Kelly Preston shines as his mother in a spoof snowman tale that is bound to go down ... i think this is the best dvd ever. after listening to their album i was left sppechless at how awesome it was i just had to get the dvd and i wasnt dissapointed. theres hours worth of awesome stuff. from live preformances to behind the scenes and music vids. forget the swearing who cares. what are you old age pensioners? theyd be a little boring without the swearing. also i think jack & kyle are both awesome . well worth buyin even if your not a true tenacious d fan.

dont waste your time. the first film is incredible, the second (prequel) film the directors never even told jim and jeff that they were making it. nuff said... just buy the first one and watch the prequel on sky, or channel 5. the only funny bit in the prequel is when harry wipes brown all over the bathroom, even that is a rehash of the first films' funny moments.

I was a bit dissapointed with this film, it was more silly than the original film and just didnt have the same feel to it. It did make me laugh in places and the actors were very good look/sound alikes for Jeff and Jim who played the characters in dumb and dumber (one of my all time favourite movies). It was a time passer but I am glad I didnt pay big bucks for it.

the last review said he turned it off after 20 minutes, i must admit i thought the same when i started watching it, but oh my god does this film become funnier, and jack black, although only in this film for 2 minutes, has the most classic piece of movie history. Genius, buy this film.
Release Date October 19, 2004
A mildly irreverent look at American children's TV (though fans of 'Wonder Showzen' will find this a more subtle kind of humour). The premise is that Greg is one of 3.2 million 'Fabricated Americans' (they don't like the term puppets) who live in the US. He ends up working on a kids show directed by his friend's (Seth Green) father (Eugene Levy) called 'Sweet Knuckle Junction'.
'Greg' explores the usual behind-the-scenes drama -burnout, alcoholism, accusations of promiscuity- but the participants are puppets. Green and Levi (who aren't puppets) are fantastic, in their own understated ways. The show finds its real strength in the ancillary characters and one-liner asides. It's worth seeing, if only to say you have.
