Where do I start with this complete mess of a film? Hmmm, well I suppose the first thing to mention is that this is not a Transformers film, at least not at all related to the original cartoon upon which it is meant to be based. Even if you forget that (the writers, producers and director clearly did) the film spends so much time away from the Transformers that it could be a sequel to Independence Day! Why do we need to see douche bag hackers and military personnel scratching their heads over computer screens? This stuff has been done before loads of times, and far better than this. Then we have boring scenes with goofball US soldiers talking about home, etc, all of which carries no plot or even the most simple character based story arc. ... Read More:

This film has a lot of potential, but fell flat on its face. The cinematography was lovely, but the majority of the characters were shallow and superficial. The character of Vera should have been complex, and it needed a much more experienced and more talented actress to give her justice. Keira Knightley doesn't act, she just says her lines with a silly smirk on her face, giving the audience no insight whatsoever into what she's thinking and feeling, and just left me feeling lost and confused and feeling no sympathy towards her character at all. Dylan Thomas was portrayed to be a horrible and self-centred man and I couldn't understand why both Vera and Caitlin were all over him, while William Killick, the only decent and believable character in the ... Thoroughly enjoyed this third in the series. Only wish there was a 4th, 5th and more. Bourne is the underdog with the edge over his pursuers, and they continually underestimate him. Typically. Only film I'd maybe rate this against is US Marshalls, with Tommy Lee Jones and Wesley Snipes, but Bourne is better, by far.

Well I've never been a massive Family Guy fan but I have always liked the programme I thought it was funny and original. But it seems to be losing it's creativity originality and comedy moments that made it so great on the first 3 seasons.
Now it has become excactly like "The Simpsons" (still better though). The episodes are good but not up to Family Guy standards, they all have funny moment but I feel like they've done it all before got it off some other good tv animated show. Aswell I think it's really stupid Family Guy fans trying to be cool and bashing the The Simpsons 1. It doesn't really matter & 2. There both as bad as each other. It seems that most programmes that become really popular just get lazy in their writting and continue ... Read More:

The good bits in this movie are all in the visual part. The camera work is stunning and the wildness of Alaska hits you hard.
But I couldn't imagine that anyone was as perverse or plain dumb as this character. Surely on your first day in a snowbound winter landscape, you don't willingly jump into a river? This and other acts of stupidity left this viewer totally out of sympathy with the character.
Then there is the way he patronised everyone who helped him. These people were kind to a smartass boy who repaid their kindness by leaving them to sort out their own mess, which he had usually made worse. He would listen to other people's problems and then say "good luck, I'm off to have an adventure". I couldn't wait for a bear to eat him.

With this series we are fresh off the regeneration from the previous Doctor played by Christopher Eccleston and now David Tennant has a lot to live up to; he does it and he does it with style. Billie Piper comes back as the magical Rose Tyler and we are given a series where she not only has to handle the notion of a different looking Doctor, but she has to handle the fact that she's falling in love with him and we're given hints that he's falling in love with Rose.
Episode 1: New Earth: In the year 5 Billion and 23 the Doctor takes Rose to the new home of the human race, simply called New Earth and he takes her to the aptly named New New York. There the Doctor meets up with an old friend the Face of Boe but he stumbles upon a secret in the hospital ... Read More:

The film started with an interesting plot...
Nim and her father are living alone on an island when one day her father takes a trip out on his boat and gets lost at sea. Nim asks for help by emailing her favourite author Alex Rover (Jodie Foster).
Alex Rover who is scared of everything sets out to save the day with the help of her favourite self-imagined adventure character.
This was executed well and acted brilliantly by Jodie Foster. What lets the film down though is the way the ending seems rushed, the father returns too quickly at the end. The film focuses only on the journey and not at all on the destination. It would have been nice for Alex and Nim to have some sort of adventure together and explore that relationship more thoroughly ... Read More:

The first time I watched season 3 I was a bit dissapointed. But, after watching it for the second time, starting from episode 1 season 1, and seeing every episode back to back, I enjoyed it a lot more.
Without giving anything away, I don't feel it was as absorbing to watch as seasons 1 & 2, but it is still very enjoyable.

This is a brilliant film, up there with his "Pan's Labyrinth" and even better than "Devil's Backbone" which it in some ways resembles - a ghost story involving a children's home. A film about the fierce love between parent and child, which transcends death. I loved the bittersweet ending. It is not a horror film, so if you like horror movies, choose something else.
