The black eyed peas are a rap band from the united states. They are different and don't only sing love songs. If you are looking for depth and variation, this song is everything you are looking for. If you are sick of "hearing I need you" or " I am so sad you left me" like me it is perfect. It has a strong beat and has a clever mix between rap and pop. It is very international and almost feels like they are speaking right to you. It is a very strong and true song. It questions the way things are done today and what the worlds has become.

This album is great, it has a very retro, 80s sound to it, and the videos from Behind The Bridge To Elephunk really emphasise this.
Great tracks, love all of them, personal faves are
-Karma
-Fallin' Up
-Joints 'n' Jams
-A8
-Say Goodbye
-Be Free
-Love Won't Wait
love the samples used from Grease and One Way Or Another - yes, that's correct - using samples is not a new thing from the Peas!

I came across the Black Eyed Peas for the first time with the track "Where is the Love?" and the interesting and rather dark video. Part of me wants more of that harder revolutionary sound, but for me this is one of the richest modern music discs to appear in the last few years. Almost all the tracks are original and worth a listen. I play a lot the 3-track combination "The APL Song", "Anxiety", and "Where is the Love?", that are quite different one from the other, but stress the originality of the band. I understand the group has its origins in LA as a hip-hop group, but on this disc they have certainly evolved and you can find some hard-rock, some disco, some Latin funk - a bit of everything but done with quality and style. Love the name Will.i.am and ... Read More:

The Peas, who really must never stop working judging from their output, are a band who always manage to suprise me. Each new song they churn out I really believe they have reached a level of awfulness they cannot beat. And then they release another one and its even worse. And so on. Yes, the Peas are a terrible, terrible band and this ranks as perhaps one of their worst.

This CD has a few extra tracks on it, like the remixes of Pump It and Dum Diddly, and excludes If You Want Love, but other than that the Audio CD is not any different from the UK Bonus one.
The CD is a double disc, and the second disc is the DVD of all the Peas videos SO FAR from Monkey Business - Don't Phunk With My Heart, Don't Lie, Like That, My Humps and Pump It.
The physical CD case is the same as the UK Bonus one, only with a double CD holder, but it comes in a paper sleeve type thing - very classy, it uses the same image that was on the D.P.W.M.H single... great buy! I bought it for pure collection purposes, and cos it looks good! Already had the UK Bonus version of Monkey Business... great buy!

Absolute quality - reminiscent of the Fugees at their best, great fusion of epic backing, rap, and captivating female vocals. Get that chorus out of your head if you can....
