Black Sabbath's most famous album with some amazing songs which are War Pigs, Paranoid, Iron Man(I Am Iron Man) & Fairies Wear Boots (best song on the album?). The rest of the album sadly took awhile to grow on me but when they do you start to notic some cool tracks like Hand Of Doom & Electric Funeral. Overall a brilliant album some wicked songs on but their debut album is so much better. So i suggest buy that first if you dont ave any Sabbath albums buy their Self titled debut album Black Sabbath that's mindblowing. BLACK SABBATH ROCK!!!!!!!

If you don't love this album in my opinion you don't love heavy metal or rock music, simple as. This is simply put some of the best music ever. `Sabbath Bloody Sabbath' stands not only as a milestone in heavy metal but as a milestone in rock music.......and as far as I'm concerned one of man's finest achievements.........yeah it's alright.
Atmosphere bloody atmosphere, this album has it. Originally `Sabbath Bloody Sabbath' was to be recorded in LA, but the band hit a creative block and relocated to the more fitting location of a haunting castle somewhere in Wales, heavy metal? Yes indeed. Sabbath rehearsed in the dungeons and were visited by apparitions, heavy metal? hell yeah. So not only is the story behind the album fascinating, but the tones of the ... Read More:

This album is brilliant, one of their best from the Ozzy era. I have most of the Ozzy era of Sabbath except for Never Say Die and Technical Ecstasy, this is one of the best. In my opinion Sabbath have never beaten their awesome self-titled debut and they never will. Onto this awesome album, Tony Iommi's guitar playing is always a treat and is awesome as usual (duh) Ozzys vocals are very good but sadly his vocals on The Writ suck donkey balls. Best songs are Hole In The Sky & Sympton Of The Universe (such an awesome heavy riff). I'd put this album above Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, as everything on this album is much better and heavier.
So ending my short review of this album Black Sabbath rock they are one of my favourite bands now and no metalhead should be ... Read More:

This album is brilliant. Ignore the negative reviews, this is a great album. The song Changes just reminds me of the awful cover by Ozzy and Kelly Osbourne so I do not like it, but the rest is brilliant. It's what you'd expect from the early Black Sabbath albums a great metal album with a bluesy feel to it. Best songs are Wheels Of Confusion/The Straightener, Under The Sun/Everyday Comes And Goes & Supernaut. Recommended to Black Sabbath fans. I like any Black Sabbath albums as I always enjoy Tony Iommi's guitar playing so no Black Sabbath album is bad. BLACK SABBATH ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

This five disc set contains all four original Black Sabbath albums with Ronnie James Dio as vocalist - "Heaven and Hell", "Mob Rules", "Live Evil" and "Dehumanizer". All are remastered with improved artwork and new sleeve-notes which certainly are revealing - who knew Sabbath had barbecues where Ronnie cooked up his pasta and meatballs for them all?
The albums themselves are all good, with the first two, 1980's "Heaven and Hell" and 1981's "Mob Rules" being the real classics. However, 1982's "Live Evil", which has always suffered from a rather flat mix, benefits greatly from the remastering. It has also been spread across two discs, so you get the entire, unabridged album (the 1996 Castle Records edition chopped out almost all between-song banter and most of the song ... Read More:

I borrowed this of one of my friends and it blew me away everything about this album is amzing Dio's vocals Iommis guitar playing, the drumming, the very clear bass & the lyrics. The Best song has to be Neon Knights thats just mindblowing the solo is fantastic. it has a few different songs from dio's albums when he was with and a good selection though the thing i would change is instead of After all(the dead) they should of put Master Of Insanity that would of been cool. This highly recommended to anyone this is mindblowing. Real Music. BLACK SABBATH ROCK BUY THIS ALBUM!!!!!
Release Date February 01, 1999
A great album by Sabbath. Very underrated by Sabbath fans it takes a few listen to fully get into it. The standout track for me is Master Of Insanity the first time i heard it i instantly loved it. My other fave tracks are Computer Gods, After All(The Dead), Tv Crimes, Time Machine & I. This is a great album Dio's voice excellent as usual, Iommis guitar playing awesome, lyrics are amazing. If you're thinking about buying this do it's a great album.
