Amazon must have a new supplier because I ordered another unrelated CD this month and have the same problem again. When you talk to their customer service people, they seem lost and just refund your money. I can't find any way of getting hold of the actual company behind Amazon or anyone who might actually care about this problem! It is like dealing with eBay when something goes wrong.
