I really like the whimsical, slightly retro, ELO-inspired sound these lads create. I loved Goodbye Mr A and I liked Worried About Ray as singles so I was intrigued as to what the rest of the album would sound like.

The album as a whole is good, but not great. There are no other tracks which stand out to me, and it sounds rather generic, like a cross between ELO and The Feeling, which should be good, but this album does not really excite or inspire me, despite it being listenable.

Worried About Ray

How did they pull it off? I mean, to release a song from 1967 as their first single by slightly amending it (The Turtles 'Happy Together') and selling it as 'new'. Absolutely amazing!!!

This is another great track by them again,and well this time its a little more up beat and a little more well uplifting.This is there third single and i say probably their best one.The backing beats mix very well and like their previous singles its a very get up and start grooving around song.But anyway its a well worth buying single!!SO FLY OFF AND GRAB IT NOW!!!!!!

Everybody Stomp

Top notch, marx brothers meets dixieland jazz and a whole host of other influences.
I bought it for the rhythm and it has that in spades, which they probably played too, but what took me by surprise was the infectious humour. It puts a smile on your face and raises your spirits, these were a genuine bunch of wags having great fun playing great music.
I thought 4 cd's would be too much but I couldn't get enough of them. I whistled on the way to work this morning. Doctors orders - take at least once a week!
