At last.
After the last (Live at the Greek Theatre) DVD, which I panned, the powers that be have got it right.
The editing is smooth and faultless, the picture crisp and deep, and the sound perfect.
Now if only they could re-mix the past offerings to this standard I'd be a very happy chap.
They have made a bold move with their selection, but if you don't try...
As it is I think they've got it right, and I look forward to more of this calibre.

Il Divo are fantastic. All their albums, DVD's and more recently their book are worth every penny. Simon Cowell absolutely knew what he was doing when he found these terrific guys who bring so much enjoyment. This is music as it should be, when it can move you so much. The people that run them down do not appreciate good music when they hear it. I personally listen to their music every day and never tire of it. Roll on the next CD/DVD.

It is a music with depth, maybe not the absolute of operatic dramas but such warmth and passion. If you love voices of beauty then this is for you, if you love voices of exacting precision then maybe not. I drive to this and it calms my soul, it makes me realise what motorway hold ups are for................to give you time to listen and enjoy. I am a convert to the love in this music, the passion without the perfection. I believe that if you value drama and a subtle masculine caress then maybe you will enjoy this. I love it .......

Il Divo, well what can I say? Lovely music, great songs, fabulous voices and a good looking bunch of guys im in heaven!! This dvd and others I have purchased are a fans dream! I could look and listen to them for hours! I cant wait until Monday and I come home from work and their new cd will be waiting for me!! I have all their albums on my mp3 player here and I never get fed up of listening to them.. hope they are here for many years to come yet... (this is written on behalf of my wife! who adores them!)

Wonderful voices all four sing great, I have all their CD'S and DVD's each one is good and to see them live is the best. Ancora their second CD to me is the best. Looking forward to their new CD later this year [2008] and the tour [ 2009] they have been missed. They are for sure the best around, to listen to their music is soothing but very wonderful.

This doesn't have to be a review that takes a week to write.. I can describe this album in one word: WONDERFUL! Buy it NOW..

My personal favourite track is 'I believe in you' Ft Celine Dion. I've had this track on repeat for the past month.. I am just THAT obsessed!

Desperate to see these guys live. Videos aren't enough anymore lol..

Seriously.. I kid you not, this album is a work of art. My advice is, buy it now..

Mama [DVD]

I have seen Il Divo twice, once at the Cardiff International Arena and then at a Summer Picic night at Petworth House. I have so much feeling for Il Divo that I constantly watch their DVD Encore on my PC. They are so close to me that it feels I am really there and can touch them. They are absolutely amazing and just thinking about them sends chills up and down my spine. Each of the group have beautiful voices, but when they all sing together words can't explain the stunning performance that they give. Carlos puts so much into his performance, Sebastian is soooo handsome, Urs has a pure and sweet voice and seems so innocent and David has a wonderful voice too.
