Wytches

I havent had a chance to see them live yet but after listening to this CD and several others I cant wait for them to be in my area again. Pagan Born and Church of Madness has to two of the best pieces of music I've ever heard. It just grows on you. I recommend it highly even if you dont happen to be a pagan. Candia has a lovely voice that adds that extra something.

After seeing Inkubus Sukkubus live in 1997 I have become i big fan, and recommend anyone hearing anything new to go back and get the older stuff. it's beautifully written, moving, romantic and challenging.

This is Pagan Goth band Inkubus Sukkubus' debut album, originally released in 1993 (when they were still spelled "Incubus Succubus"). When I first heard this album, I thought "why did I but this", every song sounded very similar, the tunes weren't all that good and it just generally didn't seem very good. Nonetheless, I played it again, and this time thought "yeh, this is better than I thought". The third time I played it I saw that every song was very differant, and yet all similar, which really added to the whole concept of an album. The songs had good tunes, some very catchy. By the end of the day I had played it four times. The next day I played it a further three times. It really is terrific.

Wild

This is my first CD from the group. It's very powerful and moving, especially the first track "Rune". Even the cover of "Deliah" is interesting. If you like Goth, Rock, Punk or whatever I'd still reccomend it, simply because of it's so brilliant !
