. Live Trax - Japanby: Megadeth Release Date October 10, 1997 Well the Cd Kicks off with "The reckoning" which is a good start and it only gets better with angry again and Use the Man..... But there is only one thing wrong with this Cd.. There is just not enough of it.. The Cd on the whole is great, For a Megadeth Fan it is a must, But 6 songs and only 30 mins of music ? .. . If your a Megadeth Fan "Buy it " .. Its a great cd, if only a passing fan then wait for a longer collection of Live tracks, all in all a good CD.... |

I really like the songs "Dread And the Fugitive Mind", "Promises", "When" etc. It's not a bad Megadeth album. At least it's better than Metallica's "Load" and "Reload". |

. Youthanasiaby: Megadeth Release Date March 01, 1995 This is not my favourite Megadeth albums but at least it's better than "Risk". They went back and wrote some great rock songs. I really like the songs "Dread And the Fugitive Mind", "Promises", "When" etc. It's not a bad Megadeth album. At least it's better than Metallica's "Load" and "Reload". |
. Megadethby: Megadeth Release Date This album is now nearly 20 years old, but still sounds absolutely phenomenal. For me, it's the best album that Mustaine has ever made. Not as po-faced as Metallica, and more melodic than Slayer, the Megadeth of 1986 rivalled both bands for sheer power and musical inventiveness. Each song's construction is varied, never just verse-chorus-verse-chorus-solo-chorus - in fact, they could have written twice as many songs just using the existing riffs on this album! The songs also vary the tried and trusted thrash formula, seldom resorting to low E-string abuse. With not one dud track, and some of the best and most original guitar-work you'll hear anywhere, you really owe it to yourself to buy this album whether you were there in the day, or are a new ... . So Far, So Good .. So What!by: Megadeth Release Date Where do I start. I love megadeth always have done, but this c.d. is shocking. From production to musical direction. Megadeth and cover songs just don't go together, I mean 'anarchy in the uk(usa), please! The only saving grace for this recording is the song 'in my darkest hour'. This could be one of their finest tunes. Shame about the rest. Don't let me put you off. megadeth really got back in their stride on the next c.d. 'Rust in peace'. |
