This was the strap line that first introduced me to the talents of Miguel Migs quite a few years back now on one of the early Nude Dimension releases. Boy did the strap line not disappoint and nor did Mr Migs, and the same can be said today. "Those Things" is quite with out a doubt one of the best buys I have made in a long time, and has been played pretty non stop since. This guy has just got better and better. So if the strap line has got you, and this is your first introduction to the talents of this brilliant DJ/Producer than my job is done...enjoy, and be enlightened!

I think that this is one of the best mix albums I have ever had the pleasure to be able to buy. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Migsy is a man of exquisite taste; all of his mix albums hit the spot. 24th Street Sounds was sublime; Get Salted was one of the best ever. But this one!!! It's in my desert island discs along with Music Fiction by Rithma, Kind Of Blue and Wish You Were Here. It's the light and shade... mostly light... love the build up through My Headphones and They Forgot It, then down via Passing Time. If you want to be uplifted, you couldn't do better than this. Sweet, so sweet.

Smooooth... Like all Migs work - it's got high production values. One-Two One-Two is my favourite track on cd 1 it raises the tempo On CD2 "Dont stand there" stands out. Good value for money by an excellent producer at the top of his game if anything buy it for that reason alone. Overall perfect playing away in the background (non house heads like it too) I cant imagine anyone hating it however you cant truly love it either.

Have to agree with the reviews on here.
I bought this album based on these reviews and because I love my house deep and soulful and have always liked Miguel Migs style (also check out disc 2 of the Southport weekender album mixed by him).
There is not a single poor track on here as you so often find with compilations. The standout tunes for me are 'The Dream' and 'Soul To Let Go' (blissfully deep tunes), 'You Bring Me Up (it doesn't get any deeper than this), 'Spiritual' (a lighter hearted jazzy tune), and my out and out favourite 'Atmospheric Beats' by Kerri Chandler (does that man ever make a bad tune?).
The last four tunes round of proceedings very nicley and like me I'm sure you'll be pressing the repeat ... Read More:

I've been a Migs fan for some time but this album, for me, is disappointing. There a a couple of tracks which got my head nodding but other than that it's nothing better than average.
When you compare this album to Colorful You (Migs' first artists album) it's like a different producer altogether, even the production techniques seem more advanced and that's a surprise considering it was made in 2002. Those things feels like Migs has almost 'sold out'; very commercial.
I'm sure that others will disagree but after a number of listens in the car, this album will proably never be played by me again.

A friend of mine put me on to this album and i've never looked back since. Words can't express how good this album is. I ended buying the whole naked music back catalogue and any new album that he puts his name to. This guy is a legend! The production is second to none. i rate this guy as one of the best producers and dj's of all time. If you want a journey then buy this album and be prepared to buy Nude dimensions 1,2 and 3, Nude tempo one, those things, 24th street sounds and nitelife vol3...

I like to work overnight and this EP is really brilliant, always uplifting. Though almost without vocals, but very catchy. Best tracks are - 3. Making Moves and 6. Secrets, A MUST HAVE TRACKS for every house fan. Migs did it again, buy it!

If like me you`re thinking of getting this on the strength of past classics like nude tempo one and colorful you, you`re gonna feel a bit pissed off with this one. It`s too disco/funk for me.I prefer to hear Miguel Migs spinning soulful house grooves that make you smile.Don`t get me wrong there are one or two toe tappers on GET SALTED but most of the others are pony in my opinion.
