With the advent of the early 90's, most thrash bands saw fit to change tact somewhat and move with the times. Nuclear Assault were no different. Fortunately this didn't mean going all out mainstream like some bands that could be mentioned! The style of music is slightly different from previous albums but is still very much a thrash album. Out of Order shows the Nukes social conscience with the likes of 'Too young to die' and 'Preaching to the deaf' which was always one of the bands strong points (ok, maybe not so much on their first album!). There's also a great rendition of the Sweets classic 'Ballroom blitz' at the end of the album. All in all a good disc, a little different from previous recordings but still good old Nuclear Assault.
Release Date November 15, 1999
Nuclear Assault are an awesome example of 80's thrash. Their singer John Conelly is often cited as a 'love em or hate em,' type of singer, and his high pitched yelping may put some listeners off; however the bands superb musicianship more than compensates for this.
The lead guitar work is as always, astounding. The album contains many excellent guitar solos and a great deal of unbelievable riffage.
This is the band's 3rd full length album, and has its own unique flaws and charms. This is by far the bands fastest album, and is quite short.
It has probably got their greatest set of lyrics , but fails to deliver as many classic sing along moments as its ace predessecor 'Survive.'
This album is a mature effort and should ... Read More:

Nuclear Assault are one of thrash metals true genius' but unfortunately never garnered the lasting legacy the Big four or Testament did.
Their debut Album, 'game over' is a timeless classic, their most famous album 'survive' improved upon the formula and then came : Handle with Care.
Essentially, the fastest, hardest, most extreme Nuclear Assault Album; Handle with Care is a monster full of high speed drumming, technical drumming, rattling bass and John's traditional High Pitched Vocal Wail.
Standout songs include the ultra-catchy 'Critical Mass' and 'The New song' which will have you singing along and Headbanging like a madman.
The final track is an atmospheric epic which proves the NUKE' ... Read More:

When half of Nuclear Assault called it a day after 1991’s Out Of Order, drummer Glenn Evans and vocalist/guitarist John Connelly struggled on for one more album, 1993’s Something Wicked, but it just didn’t feel the same. With the reunion of the original line-up ten years later for the 2003 live album Alive Again it was hoped that the reformed band would rediscover the magic they had on those late 80’s/early 90’s classic thrash albums. Unfortunately after nearly two years in the studio (not a good sign in itself) a new Nuclear Assault album has finally arrived, and it is disappointingly patchy. The opening title track is an utterly abysmal sloppy mess, but as the album goes on the band show signs that musically ... Read More:
