Shhh...I've never told anyone this before but...I really love this album. It's partly due to nostalgia; as a child of the 90s this was everywhere, school discos, friends' parties, barbecues, radio, blasting out of every other car, etc etc. When punk and the Sex Pistols burst onto my musical landscape, this, along with Britney Spears etc, was thrown out- or rather moved downstairs onto my parents' cd rack- but listening back to it now I grudgingly admit that I quite enjoy it in a cheesy kind of way (thankfully Britney has long since left my household). Greatest Hits

I consider myself a music fan, and I have wide and varied tastes. One look through P.Jones reviews will bear out that unless you like his/her particular brand of music you are not considered a music fan. Total nonsense. Music, like beauty, is in the "ear" of the beholder: Shame on you for being so closed-minded.

I have several Shania Twain albums and a couple of DVDs and I'm not ashamed to say I've been to see her twice, and ALL of my encounters with her and her music have been uplifting. If you like up-beat, fun music - some with a deeper story to tell - you will enjoy this album. If you like Shania's silky, effortless voice, you will enjoy this album. And thats a promise.

Genuinely this has to be one of the best albums in my vast collection, Come On Over was brilliant, but this is even better. There are so many outstanding tracks-my top five would be:

5-I'm Jealous
4-I'm Gonna Getcha Good!
3-What A Way To Wanna Be
2-Ka-Ching!
1-C'est La Vie

But they're all great!

Shania Twains debut album. Shania says this is a nashville record! not a Shania Twain record! Shania only wrote one song on this album (God Ain't Gonna Getcha For That!)
As Usual she sounds great and makes you love these songs (even if you think they're not your style!) Has some great tunes! What Made You Say That Is a catchy upbeat song that everyone who hears likes! Includes a track called "Dance With the one that brought you" the Video was directed by Sean Penn Maddonas ex husband! This Album inclues many great songs even though they are not Shania's own songs she sings them great.

All Fired Up No Place To Go

I am an avid fan of Shania Twain and bought this album as I have been waiting for a new album from her for years. Unfortunately, her voice although powerful is screachy. An awful album, would not recommend this to anyone. I have listened to mine several times in the hope of liking it, but it hasn't grown on me, it will sit on the cd rack unopened again. I would wait for her new album (as long as it is not pre recorded before her success).
