I can't believe I bought this. When I first heard the Ting Ting's I thought they were dreadful. It sounded like really naff cheesy pop. And it is, but it's also very catchy and I have to admit I like it. The more I hear it the more it grows on me. It's not cool to like it, but that doesn't mean it's not okay to like it. It's just probably best not to admit it to people when you first meet them. That's Not My Name is probably the best pop tune of the year for me.

This is one of the most annoying songs I have heard this year. It sounds crude, brash and pretentious. The drumbeats and singing are nauseating to listen to and hurt the ears and the lyrics are a spectacular nonsense.
The only reason I am not giving it one star is it is funny in a bad way.

Its been a while since its release, alongside a few other pathetic excuses for music by the uncreative "Ting Tings" and as the sane people predicted, it is dying, FAST. It has proved to be a fad, pushed by uninspiring managers onto every advert, new documentary and television series available and tarnished them as one show wonders. But onto the sound, which is just plain awful, one can't possibly sit through the song let alone a verse without saying "What is this crap?!" shortly followed by "Why am i listening to this crap?!' then the changing of channel. The vocalist appears as a person commonly referred to as a "MySpace Fag", but none the less deserves a chance, and blew it. Her vocals a poorly done and are hardly singing, but this isn't the rubbish singing ... Read More:

They are back with another good single, out (13/10), has another great remix too. Ting Tings won MTV Video award for Best UK Video (Shut Up And Let Me Go), they are doing really well as they are such a good band, everyone just loves them.
