Lock, stock and 2 smoking barrels is a crime tale about a group of friends from London who happen to lose a game of poker, they end up in a lot of debt thus having to get out of it. The story takes many twists & turns and will also make you laugh as it has a very good use of wry & dark humor. The plot evolves around one man but there are many characters who share as if not more an important role. The star of the show in this movie is Vinnie Jones who acts brilliantly.

Sadly, this soundtrack didn't meet my expectations after the amazing 'The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe' soundtrack. This isn't to say it's a nice addition to anyone's soundtrack collection, though. Harry Gregson-Williams must be commended for the wonderful music that plays during the first track, 'Prince Caspian Flees' (it makes you want to close your eyes and soak up nothing but the music you can hear). The trouble is that, although much of the score is heavily borrowed from the first Narnia film's score, the music has somehow become blander. I agree with the reviewer below in that some of HK's recent releases have been slightly dodgy and appear to be cashing in on the rise in popularity of funky house music. Die hard fans have been complaining for months about the acquisition of the brand from ailing and tyrannical parent MoS, but it seems that the producers of this album have been given a more free reign to take HK back to its roots.
I'm glad CD1 wasn't reprasentative of the whole album, with lots of fairly commercial "heard it all before" tracks, only saved by decent mixing, however CD2 and 3 are subliminal. 100 Favourite Nursery Rhymes and Songs

This sounded like a great buy initially. My baby boy loves songs but although there are 100 of them, you can't select which one you want to listen to. It only comes in two sections and to hear a popular song, you have to plough through an irritating selection of spoken rhymes. I've given up trying to listen to it now.

Lovin' this 90's cd.It is good because it doesn't just feature the songs that are on all the other 90's cds.There are also some real gems on here,that arn't on other comilations,such as Scarlet,Echobelly,Voice of the beehive,They might be giants and Zig and Zag!Also cd4 is great for indie & rock and cd5 is definitely one for the clubbers.
Also fans of Robyn (With every heartbeat) will be happy as it contains her first top ten hit from 1997 with the excellent "show me love"

I've wanted this CD just off the strength of The Dells' "It's All Up to You", which is the most gorgeous song I've ever heard. Typically, this compilation is unavailable in the States, and I can't buy it off of UK iTunes (where I got to hear a sample of each song), so I'm just going to have to buy it here. As a Yank who loves her Northern Soul, I gotta say that the British are first class when it comes to championing and cherishing good music.

As I could not wait the UK release of this album, I bought this Buddha Bar X through Amazon.fr (18 February 2008 release). I've been a big fan of the Buddha Bar series, and at every new album release I'm half excited and half anxious because I'm afraid that someday they will disappoint me. Every previous album was a delightful surprise. I don't know how they do it, but it just never fails to come up to my expectations, they keep on producing such pleasant (often CD1) and exciting (mostly CD2) music. And yes, THEY DID IT AGAIN with the Buddha Bar X!!! This music always touches the right spot of your heart, takes your mind away to a place where you feel so peaceful.
