Dude Ranch [CASSETTE]

This is not Blink 182's best album, no. It's still good but just lacks the wow factor, plus it doesn't have Travis as the drummer. I don't like the rawness of the songs. My favourite song on it is Dammit, also Enthused and Untitled are good. Degenerate is hilarious. This album is good but not my favourite is you like Cheshire Cat then this'll be for you. If you like TOYPAJ maybe not.

Take off Your Pants and Jacket [VINYL]

This album was not as big a hit as Emery of the State. That is mainly because Enery of the State had 'All the Small things'
But this album is the best punk/rock album i have ever heard.
The range of emotional in the singing and the rang of bass riffs that Mark plays is simply superb.
It was a joy to listen to this album and when i am old and sitting on my chair smoking a pipe and wearing slippers, i will still be listening to this album.
The main songs on the album are, well, all of them really. In albums you tend to get the A list songs and a few side tracks. In this album, every song could have been a massive global hit. The song released as singles, in the UK, were:

If you thought Blink-182 were just a trashy American punk band, think again. This song is emotional, yet hard, laid back yet heavy. Blink have managed to mix their usual style with something more thought provoking. This is the reason why I have given this song 5 stars. After releasing 'First Date' they have moved to the other end of the scale with 'Stay Together for the Kids'. It has the qualtiy in it that so few songs have: it makes the listener sit back and think about what is being sung. This quality gives the song the ability to even rival 'Adam's Song' from 'Enema of the State' which is probably Blink's only other song like this, and possibly their greatest. This is undoubtedly the best song from the 'Take off your pants and jacket' album. The punk rockers show us again how they can relate their childhood experiences to make a song that is not soppy or boring but a one which is very enjoyable to listen and dance to, and not just the first time because this is a song you wont get sick of.

First Date [DVD AUDIO]

Well, for Blink fans anyway.
The DVD is well laid out, and easy to navigate with an option to view the scrolling lyrics on screen as First Date plays in the background. (not the video you understand) The entire Rock Show video is also on this disc, which is one of their best videos to date, and the main reason I purchased this DVD, but you also get 4 30 second clips to watch.
I can't really see the point in putting 4 clips on this DVD that are only 30 seconds long! One of them is the guys playing The Rock Show live, and just as I was getting into it, the clip ended!! :-( The others aren't so bad, because it is just the guys messing around backstage and with the fans :-)
All in all, a worthwhile purchase for blink fans.

this is by far the best blink song,it's different from their usual punk-rock,this song is slower and depressing. blink one eighty two are the best and I have all their albums even the new limited editon live album"the mark tom and travis show"
