Sean Paul CD is very hot but without the commercial success of "Dutty Rock". He definitely gives a more futuristic and laid back sound on some...while giving a more "back to the roots' feel on others. Anyone expecting to hear anything exactly like "gimme the light" can put there money back into there pockets. The album isn't filled with a bunch of cameos. Sean Paul holds it down on his own for the most part bringing his unique flavor to his international fan base. Sean Paul worked with fellow Jamaican artists and producers for the most part for "The Trinity."
Some of the tracks that appeal to me are "Temperature, Head in the zone, We be burning, Ever Blazing, Yardie Bone, Never gonna be the same, Breakout, and Connection."

Sean Paul's "Dutty Rock" is one of the great dance hall albums that are out there. He continuously gave out hits throughout this whole album. Some of the end songs aren't as powerful as the songs at the beginning such as "Baby Boy", "Gimme The Light", "Get Busy", and "Concrete". His album is very good and definitely worth the cost. Sean Paul has outdone himself on his 2nd album which defiantly places him on the charts.
Sean Paul is Prince of the Dancehall because Beenie man has the "king" title already. This music originates from way back before rap/hip-hop even got started. Sean Paul had thrown some new flavor in there and makes a bangin' dance album. Some people don't like it because they can't understand him, but whose fault is ... Read More:

I thought was excellent song. It has a Dr Dre beat which I recongised. Great lyrics. This song would be rubbish without Sean Paul.
Release Date November 17, 2000
This is dancehall rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. I love 'Dutty Rock' by Sean Paul, it's probably my favourite all-time CD, and 'Trinity' as well' but this one, there's nothing on it that I like. I know dancehall takes some getting into, but I can't see myself getting to like any of this.
