My wife (for whom I bought it) says that this CD set is very restful and soothing and I have to say that I quite like to hear the singing in the background whilst I slave away at the computer. And, of course, the great thing is that we got two CDs for about the price of one. Excellent!

Have the vinyl. Now got the CD and its still timeless. I have many favourites. Love "I am singing" this sums up stevies life in music.
The song writing is 1st class. in my view far better than Lennon/Mccartney ever were. This guy does the lot himself. This album should be in every collection. best selling double album of all time, i believe. Well justified.

This album remains one of the best, Anything but dull, real joy in worship with many favourites. I love this style of music and it does justice to the wonder of God's mighty works.
Great when you have friends round or just listening in the car or at home.
Wonderfully inspirational tracks.

I haven't stopped playing this album, it is everything people said, and a great way of getting into worship with God. I find it hard to see how another album can match the quality of Arriving, but I will buy more!!

Where does one begin. The latest album from LIBERA (new dawn) is out of this world. The selections are wonderful and Robert Prizeman as usual, has given us more of his wonderful music, that I personally feel, comes from God. The harmonies are breath taking and each solo is beautiful. I would like to say something about every soloist, but that would take way too long. From the six soloists I have chosen two to tell you about. The first is Tom Cully. Tom's voice will send shivers all over your body. He has a beautiful voice and his range will astound you. I own many Christian music CD's and play them often. For me, it's not so much about the melody (although that is important) but all about the lyrics. Tim Hughes writes and sings from the heart. Who could ask for more?

Missa Luba

It is hard now to remember the subversive nature of the film "If.." when it came out in the 1960s, but certainly one thing which made it so memorable was the use of Sanctus from Missa Luba. We bought the record at the time, and it stands out as a childhood memory. Reminded now of Missa Luba by listening to Missa Criolla, I was delighted to find a new release of the original on CD. I feel like a child again.

Let's face it, the appeal is largely sentimental. It was, and is, inspiring music,
but the mono recording from the 1950s is really not that good. The packaging is all about the film relationship.

The Altar and the Door

With amazing lyrics & wonderful bass lines this album had me hooked from the first track. The variety of styles makes sure you don't get bored and the content of the lyrics gives much food for thought. I'd not heard this band before but they're definitely now on my gift list!

Lifesong

Like other reviewers, the thing that strikes me most about this album is its honesty - it's not afraid to face some of the things that get glossed over by many Christian artists who seem to conform to the 'happy clappy' image rather than admitting that life as a Christian isn't perfect. The music itself is also very good and often very moving.
