This album is such a good buy, because of the mixture of songs on it, but at the same time has a mainstream vibe running through every one-the songs on the album are extremely well written and produced and it seems to me that time and money have been thrown at this album and with the talented Jordin Sparks at the helm it has been an utter success:

1.Tattoo-Catchy and definitely mainstream pop; not the best song on the album, but it is a great opener. 9/10
2.One Step At A Time-Has an R&B flavour to it and a great beat. 8/10
3.No Air-An ansolutely fantastic song-I'm no fan of duets, but this is outstanding vocally and lyrically. 10/10

Seeing Sounds

This album seems to follow a similar theme to pharrell's recent solo album. It begins with a series of up beat tracks with more current hip hop influence. From track 6 onwards is a return to the old classics of the first two N.E.R.D. albums. I personally prefer the second half of the album where the originality of the N.E.R.D. sound lies but refreshed and current, 'sooner or later' and 'love bomb' will have your hands swinging in the air and 'killjoy' is a funkadelic headbanger. The first few tracks are listenable and i'm sure will grow in time, there are even a few jungle rhythms on 'spaz'. This album is equally as good as the first two and fans will not be disappointed.

Step Up 2 the Streets

This album is highly recommended to people that enjoy Urban music with that added extra energy. I heard a few of the tracks before the album came out and I was loving all of them. After watching the film - I just had to get the album, all of the tracks are very good. However, there were a few tracks missing, which I thought should've been on the album such as Timbaland - Bounce (I have his album so that was ok) and Swizz Beatz - Money in the Bank (both featured in the final dance scene).

The tracks that stood out for me were Flo Rida's Low, Missy's Ching-a-Ling, Cherish's Killa, T-Pain's Church, Plies - Hypnotize and KC's Say Cheese. The rest of the tracks are great and you will definately enjoy the album.

Ok, I love the Thriller album, it's an absolute classic, the first 9 songs on this album are worth the purchase alone if you don't already own them ... BUT ... the remixes? Yeah, I quite like the girl is mine 2008 and P.Y.T 2008, the Billie Jean remix is ok but Kanye should keep his mouth shut with his yeahs and stuff but the Wanna be startin' something mix? WTF is that all about? This is a Michael Jackson album and he only sings one verse on the whole song, is Akon so desperate to make his name that he's got to steal Michael's glory on a Michael Jackson album? I'm not saying the songs rubbish but I am saying it doesn't sound like Michael had a very big part in it at all. It's an Akon song with Michael on backing vocals basically. Good Girl Gone Bad

For me, Rihanna is one of the best artists around. I have been to see her live and she is a very good preformer. Good Girl Gone Bad is the best album so far by Rihanna. Umbrella and Good Girl Gone Bad being the best tracks. I would recommend people to go and buy it.

As another reviewer said Mariah Carey sure is in a league of her own.
This is a great Album, although I think she has played a little safe after all this time we've been waiting for a new album.
However its got some great tunes and if you like her other albums you should like this too.
