Every song is great and "Don't Stop me now" and "Save me" are especially good.Even my 14 year old son loves this set. I recommend this to any Queen Fan!

This album is simply amazing. Nothing gets you more pumped up for a night out than listening to hit after hit from the big man. I live in an apartment and on two occasions the neighbour downstairs had to call at my door to ask me to stop playing this album so loud. On the second occasion they fell asleep pushing the door bell for at least 5 minutes. To be fair it was 3 o'clock in the morning and I was pretty leathered!
Anyway, this album will bring out your air guitar playing, karaoke singing, head bashing best. A must-own...

This album is a real return to form for Crue - its pretty much faultless. It rocks like hell and the boys are on sparkling form - these guys have been around for nearly 30 years and can show many a younger band how to play. The material is uniformly excellent, there isn't a duff track here. Welcome back lads!!

The first two or three tracks are great - the album opens with some dark sounds of war and then launches straight into an amazing and powerful musical onslaught. After that however, the tracks rapidly become rather wishy-washy and samey - I struggled to listen to the album all the way through. By the time I reached the last two tracks I had lost interest completely.

but it is a really enjoyable album. Unashameably influenced by AC/DC, if you also like The Offspring and WASP (The band 'We Are Sex Perverts' and not the KKK) then you will like this. The main fault lies in that it sounds like a album of singles, and therefore does not quite gell. One tip - start the album at track 3 (which is the first single), and continue playing through 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,1 until you finish on track 2. The album just sounds better - trust me!

Now I am a massive Guns `n' Roses fan and have been since about the age of 10 when I first heard Paradise City, I then went and got all of their albums from my local music store. Now the problem with this CD isn't the quality of the songs, tracks 1-9 and track 11 are fantastic, but...
1) Irrelevant because it isn't even a greatest hits. Some of the tracks are extremely poor and have no place here, for example `Since I Don't Have You', `Ain't it Fun', `Sympathy for the Devil' and `Live and let Die'. Now although these songs are good when you consider some of the songs not included on this so called greatest his such as `Estranged', `Breakdown', `Rocket Queen', `Don't Damn Me' and `Dead Horse' the songs included have no place on this CD.

This album has some wonderful moments - it is what you'd expect and more from David and his crew. Aldrich does a wonderful job on guitars and I really do not understand what some of the more negative people were expecting. This is a Whitesnake album in every sense of the word, without too much influence from the comtemporary rock scene (and better for it). More albums please Mr. Coverdale...

mmmm im afraid i wanted a priest album that ripps your face of at 500 yards, hopefully the next album will see a return to pure metal . i didnt think priest could make a bad album but i was wrong

Truly outstanding debut album from Black Stone Cherry, the most exciting band in rock at the moment. I've had the privilege of seeing them live a couple of times and they are the real deal! This album is grade a - from start to finish there really isn't a bad song, every one is top class. The energy is relentless and the playing exquisite, the South have a history of producing incredible music and these boys from Kentucky are the latest edition to that impeccable list. 'Rain Wizard' maybe the best album (and set) opener ever... but to pick it out as the highlight would overshadow the other 12 tracks! "Hey hey, My my, Rock 'N' Roll will never die"... It's been a long while since Ol' Neil sang those immortal words, but while bands like BSC (and Airbourne and The Answer, to name but ... Read More:

In the black album., Metallica take a different approach to metal, replacing long songs with huge musical interludes and different sections with shorter, slower catchier songers. This means there are no stand out musical masterpieces like One, or Fade to Black, but these self imposed constraints don't stop Metallica from rocking. Riffs are heavy, drums are crushing, solos are screaming. There are still clear classics here, like Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters, and the production is arguably better than any albium before. The sound however, loses its rawness which you find on Kill 'em All and Ride the Lightning, which is replaced by a commercial sheen. If you are just starting to get into Metallica, this is the album I recommend. Its much easier to get into the the songs, even ... Read More:
