Fantastic - I first heard this in Tanzania, and had to buy a copy as soon as I got home. The lyrics are beautiful even if you don't understand Swahili, and this should in no way put you off. I don't know anyone who hasn't liked this, whatever their musical taste. Definitely worth it.

Lucky Dube must be the African equivalent of Bob Marley. This is high praise from a Bob Marley Fan. This is a laid back album of reggae music with distinctive African undertones. Wonderful lyrics especially for those of us with family and children. Equally good to have as background music at a party or to listen to quietly and enjoy. Some of the best tracks are The Other Side, Cool Down and Family Ties, while my children (under 10 years old) just love Ding Ding....Would highly recommend this to anyone who loves reggae and African music.
