in my opinion this is the best of all the pink albums there is, "im not dead" is very good too, but this one is so cool and every single on of the songs is brilliant! pink is so cool!

I watched Dirty Dancing about 2 weeks ago and fell in love with it. I loved the music most of all so bought this soundtrack. But then I noticed Ultimate Dirty Dancing, which is cheaper on Amazon and has all of the songs in Dirty Dancing! This one has about 12. Rubbish.

My son knowing I am and always will be a huge Clapton fan, bought this for my last birthday (I don't mean my LAST bithday, I am hoping to have many more!) I would not have gone and purchased this myself, as within my CD collection I have all of these tracks and could have made up this compilation myself. Having said that it is a good collection (how many Clapton collections have there been over the years?). The two discs represent a reasonable selection of the mans work, although I would have liked some of his early stuff with John Mayall and even The Yardbirds, perhaps Blind Faith, just to round the collection out. I played it in the car and it is a great driving companion, even though I know all the tracks well, thay are great songs and just remind ... Read More:

This album was on constant play throughout an American road-trip of mine in a camper van from festival to festival, state to state, gradually heading westward to California. I was 18 at the time and the year was 1989. The start of the journey began at the Woodstock festival, twenty years on, (opened with a speech from Jimi Hendrix's father and a set by Richie Havens). As a consequence it is drenched in memories.
This album has it all. Steeped in the golden glow of the times, it covers many areas of being, heartache, visions, psychedelic thoughts, glimpses of pastoral idylls, all set within a hybrid of folk/country/rock that is distinctively Neil's own. His thin nasally voice is perfect throughout, the harmonies sublime, the quality of recording ... Read More:

Nowadays critical consensus often ranks this as The Beatles' best album, and indeed one of the best albums ever made. While it's only my second favourite by them personally (The White Album being first), this is still one of the greatest albums I own.
Revolver is the point where The Beatles ceased to be a pop group and became something else entirely. Shortly after its release they gave up touring, having tired of performing to screaming fans when they'd much rather be holed away in a recording studio making new music. This also allowed them to be more experimental, recording sounds that could never have been recreated in stadiums and arenas at the time. Importantly they had all begun to experiment with drugs as well, witnessed by some of the songs here: She ... Read More:

This album is classic AC/DC and full of the punchy, energetic, anthemic rock we're all used to from the lads. And of course the vocals are as distinctive as ever. There is not a lot more to say that has not already been said by other reviewers other than this is a must-have album for any AC/DC fan and for anyone who likes their rock.
Let's Get It Up, Inject The Venom, Spellbound and Night Of The Long Knives are personal favourites, and I defy you not to break out your air guitar.

Listening to the Mammas and the Papas was a real nostalgia trip but how I hate CD's with tracks that fade out before they finish, it totally spoils the experience. I have a vision of a man behind the stage at a live performance turning a big volume control down leaving the group playing and singing silently to a bemused audience. Had the tracks all been full length I would have given this CD 4 stars.

I found this album in my dad's collection and decided to whack it on my ipod. I'd heard good things about them from other people at school and they weren't lying.
The band are awesome. Great vocals and really good guitar. I love the bass and i think John Bonham is a brilliant drummer (Listen to Moby Dick & Stairway to Heaven). Personally i think Keith Moon is better.
There are loads of great tracks on this album. Everyone will recognise whole lotta love from a certain tv programme!! There's also 'What is and what should never be', Moby Dick, Heartbreaker ..... there isnt really a weak song.
A great album, but nothing compares to The Who. Defo 5/5. It would be in my top ten

Three words to describe this, awful, awful and awful, it deserved to be the flop it was. Britney may have made a couple of decent pop songs a few years back, but her days are over, she now looks hackneyed and cliched, she'll be remembered far more for her personal problems, than her music
