Elaine is great! The music is great! It's not her fault, but...how many more compilations can there be? I guess the record company can delete one tune here, add one there, change the sequence, maybe have one big box (I'd like that)...come on. Are there outtakes from any of her albums, alternate versions, singles...the Sitting Pretty isn't on CD yet...RECORD COMPANIES, THIS IS WHAT WE WANT! Thank you!!

Not too impressed with the quality of the recording... I was really hoping for something MUCH better than that. If someone could recommended a brilliant audio recording of Carmen that would be just fantastic. This one lets me down I think. The singing is "top-drawer" though.

This CD made for spectacular listening, i was in Treorchy on the night this was recorded and listening to it again all these years later bought back some memories. This is welsh humour at it's best and would probably be lost on anyone else, but for the pure parody of the songs it's really worth a listen.

At £2.98 this has to be one of the best bargains I've ever had. Bryn Terfel is world class and this album is simply sublime. Every track is a joy. This is my favourite of his albums.
I first heard Bryn many years ago when he took part in the 'Cardiff Singer of the World' & won his class. His continued success has been a pleasure to see & I just can't get enough of his glorious voice.
Buy it for someone you love!
Ardderchog Bryn! I would dearly love him to record 'I'll Walk With God' too.

The star rating is for the music. Michael sings many popular songs and must face the possibility of being compared to the people that made tem popular. Many people in that position do funny things with the music, thinking that they have to make it unique; Michael does not have to do this (with little exception). He is just being his self and it is great just the way he is.
On the other hand this package also contains a DVD which can make great jewelry or maybe hung from a tree to scare birds. It is like one big sound bite; there is no constancy or course to his rattling. On the technical side the soundtrack is out of sing with the video. The video itself looks like the Blair Witch Project; it can not hold steady or focus.

From top to bottom, this is a great CD. Every track Michael does it perfect.
I have yet to see him in concert, but should I get the chance I will. Probably one of the greatest singers (now) of our time.
He has taken off where Frank Sinatra left off.
