I'm amazed that this CD has only had one review, as this is a great compilation. To me this vol 3 along with vol 7 is the best of the cafe del mar series. Easy listening and a harmonious mix with some piano music a la cafe style, some light techno, a few dance tracks, some ambient and some jazzy tunes.

Uplifting and worth listening to.

Totally recommended. I have all CDM albums and this compliments the chill out gendre. Great for working to or just as back ground ambience. Both cds hit the mark for sunshine and chilling. I am a veteran from Goa 92, therefore my views maybe considered out of date, but this is one of my favourites. More please.

This is the first of their work that I listened to. Upon first listen I was thralled by their tasty licks and their groovy backbeats. I have always wanted to find an artist that makes music that I would like to write myself. This album is probably their most unusual and I am not entirely sure that this is the place to start. Better to get acquainted with Maim that Tune. This however, if you have patience and see where their progressions lead to is probably their most rewarding work that I have heard. The opening track got me hooked and the rest is history as they say. It is almost too hard to believe that Fila Brazillia is not known by a wider community of listeners. Mobysongs: The Best Of Moby 1993-1998

There are some great tracks here and if you haven't already got much of the Moby back catalogue you may well want to buy this but as a body of work it doesn't really seem to gel. I found the production dissapointing in that most tracks 'fade out' and (on my copy at least) the penultimate track just stops abruptly with an unnerving clunk! Love Moby, don't love this album quite as much!
