After all the bad write-ups concerning this mix, i was pleasantly surprised to find out that through all that noise and clatter, this mix actually does make sense after a few listens....
Now, after my 4th listen, i'm loving every single minute of it. Boy oh boy, this grows on you tremendously...

The Best Sixties Album in the World...Ever Vol.3

I regard this as the best series of sixties compilations yet released on CD. Even with 200 tracks between four volumes, it would have been easy to continue the series. On compilations like this, I particularly look for classic tracks by artists who only had one or two big hits. Of course, most of the major names are here although you won't find Elvis, the Beatles or the Rolling Stones here due to licensing restrictions

With no drop in quality from the first two volumes, this contains another outstanding selection of sixties classics although there was no track that particularly stood out for me this time.

My favorites here are Mrs Robinson (Simon and Garfunkel), California dreaming (Mamas and Papas), Walk right back (Everly brothers), ... Read More:

Call me a cynic, but are there actually any dance songs on this album?? I think i can find about a dozen over the entire three CD's, and whether you can class them as the very best im really not actually sure.

The vast majority are just pop songs you can bop a long to at a disco. Good as some of them are they just are not dance. Out of the dance tracks i found there are a few noticable classics. BBE - Seven Days And One Week - Superb chillout dance
Baby D - Let Me Be Your Fantasy - An old school anthem
Chemical Brothers - Hey Boy, Hey Girl - Anthemic hard house, no more need be said
Alice Deejay - Better Off Alone - More pop style but great lyrics
And then new house tracks from Eric Prydz, Audio Bullys and Bodyrockers

I am not usually a Chillout music fan, but this album totally swayed me. It's brilliant for relaxation, but without being boring. Each song is totally individual yet still really haunting and calming. I can't really describe how good it is, but whatever music type you enjoy, you will still love this album.

This is a great album. I just want to state something garage which is softer is called 2-step. Anyway this album has the greatest selection of tracks on it. To top it off it has The Artful dodger mix it. The Artful Dodger is not all that good when it comes to mixing tracks together but they get the job done. This album is even better than MOS's other Garage album UK Garage. That is also a great album. People who are into underground might enjoy that more than this. This is the best album for 2-step fans. The Artful Dodger cd It's All About the Stragglers is also amazing.
