A stunning release from Donna - we have been waiting so long for this and she doesnt dissapoint. The songs cover a wide range of musical styles and show Donna at her versatile best. I cant stop playing it, there are some stand-out songs for me, all are excellent but these are just more so. The title track just makes you want to sing along and the Queen is Back echoes what all fans feel and includes some tongue-in-cheek references to previous hits. Stamp your Feet and I'm A Fire are thumping disco-style hits for the 21st century. All in all we fans couldnt have asked for better from the Diva.

Just had my new garden furniture delivered and take great pride in assembling it and putting it on the balcony then standing back and admiring it. I would feel very old and sad even though I'm only 27 would it not be for the fact that I was listening to 15 yrs of Cream whilst doing it and dancing around the flat like a loon. My boyfriend bought me this CD for our 21st month anniversary last week and I strongly suggest to anyone who used to go clubbing from 1999 onwards to get it, its amazing, tune after tune blasting out of my stereo, a real treat. I've played it over 10 times since I've got it and can guarantee I won't be tiring of it.... feel like I'm 19 yrs old all over again!

To me, this was one of the best albums of 2003 (Speakerboxx/The Love Below won it for me). If you want to listen to hip-hop that steps outside of the box, this is definitely one you will like. While some tracks are better than others, there aren't really any that you will skip over straight away. Many albums have that (Kanye Graduation = Drunk and Hot Girls = Trash) so you've got to appreciate that Jay-Z put some thought into this instead of just filling the gap with generic tracks. Also this album has a HELL of a lot of highlights, including 'Public Service Announcement' (Which was meant to be an INTERLUDE!!!), and of course the well known 'Dirt Off Your Shoulders'. Other key tracks include 'Encore' (do you want more?), '99 Problems' (but a b**** ain't one) and the lesser ... Read More:

This album is not too bad, contains 17 great tracks.
Allthough there is one let down, none of them are the proper single/album versions. They are all remix edits or extended versions for this compilation.
All re-recored using Q sound, makes the tracks sound very different from the orginal, in some cases better (Live To Tell and Like A prayer). But just makes other tracks sound awful (Lucky Star, La Isla Bonita).
Personally I think if Madonna used all the proper single versions this album would have done much better and also if it included hits such as True Blue, Dress you up, Who's that girl and Causing A Commotion.
With rumours of Madge releasing a 25 year box set after she has finished releasing the singles from Hard Candy, hopefully ... Read More:

I rarely listened to music due to my hard of hearing. But, when one day someone recommended me to see Faithless' "Bombs" video, I was taken back and surprised at the flow of the music in the mentioned video. Indeed, I became attracted to his music.
So, I came upon this "The Greatest Hits" and I could not stop listening to it. From this set, my favorite songs are:

I haven't heard the whole album but I just want to say that Live with Me with Terry Callier is the sexiest record EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It even beats Night Nurse by Gregory Issacs and that's saying something!

Number 1. 9/10
This album at 11 tracks long, 43 minutes, is extremely short, could've been longer but the musical quality of this album is astonishing, perfectly flawless dance music. Though beware of "Time Out From the World" and "Let It Take You" because they are nothing like the rest of the album, "Time Out From the World" is the better of the 2.
