What a fantastic album!! You must buy this, especially if you like sexy vocal funky house!! I'm still listening to it as much now as when i first bought it nearly 3 months ago!! If you don't own this, buy it, and if you do then try the disco heaven series as well!

A great complilation of bizzarre electro, rock, pop and disco...the Soulwax 2 Many DJs compilation has long been my favourite compilation CD but this is a very very close second.

From the catchy electro pop of La Bionda's - I Wanna Be Your Lover to the truly crazy Mu - Paris Hilton this album is full of great tracks with hardly a filler in sight...

I have to say, this has to be one of the best Hed Kandi Albums ever. I know its a few years old now, but after purchasing it recently its great to hear the classic Hed Kandi tunes we have all learned to love and groove to. I have to say disc two is my fave. It has all the funky tunes you heard in the clubs a while back, but still get played at all Hed kandi events. Space Cowboy - You Will Miss Me is my best tune on there. All in all a fabulous mix of funk, dance and party atmosphere in each and every track.

The KLF are best remembered for "What Time Is Love?" & their media pranks. This album is just a pure joy to listen to, recorded in a minimalist way. The music is almost background music to Drummond & Cauty's soundscape of rivers, trains, sheep, planes, cars, mad preachers, and everyday sounds that you hear but never takes notice of, but on this album you do. If you can't sleep at night, put this album on in the dark and you begin to imagine you are on a journey around distant lands. The KLF also used samples from Elvis Presley, Fleetwood Mac, Acker Bilk, Jesus Loves You (aka Boy George). well, quite a few really, but three very good mixes in different ways, and each is noticeably more beefy than the previous disc. Sy and Unknown do a very solid selection that fairly lopes along once it hits its stride. Dougal and Gammer do a very vocal mix, and very bright and cheerful it is. Of COURSE Brisk and Ham come up with something a bit special: loads of their own tunes, plenty of V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D., very reminiscent of the brilliant Hi-Octane Collections. A bit of emotion, a bit of humour and loads of energy.

Ive been a fan of Hed Kandi for a few years now, and this combines a great mixture of tracks. Its nice to hear some old and new tracks, even the older tracks have been remixed to give them a new edge. Its well mixed and well compiled. I would recommend buying this as it is a true classic compilation with a bit of everything. Its one of my favourite Hed Kandi CD's and it goes down a storm when you've been partying all night!!
